RITES Limited has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Asian Institute of Transport Development (AITD) to collaborate for strengthening infrastructure facilities, promoting multimodal transport systems and addressing environmental concerns.
Under the MoU, both the companies collaborate for strengthening infrastructure facilities, promoting multimodal transport systems and addressing environmental concerns.
The tie-up intends to improve infrastructure facilities & transport services, promote multimodal mobility solutions to increase the efficiency of logistics of international production and distribution, and address environmental concerns to build infrastructure for the future.
At around 10.32 am, Rites was trading at Rs266.80 per piece down by 0.71% on BSE. The stock was near the day’s low of Rs265 per piece.
