Saboo Sodium Chloro forecloses term loan of Rs4.60 crore; Stock gains 2%

Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd has announced that the Company has successfully foreclosed its Term Loan of Rs4.60 crore full and final taken from Tata Capital Financial Services Limited for the purpose of hospitality business.

The company is targeting to become Net Debt free in the next 12 months, said Saboo Sodium in a regulatory filing on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, at around  9:17 AM, Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd is currently trading at Rs17.50 per share up by Rs0.45 or 2.64% from its previous closing of Rs17.05 per share on the BSE.
