Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has informed to the exchanges that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on March 16, 2022 to consider declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-2022, if any.
Further, in case, the Board decides to consider and declare the 2nd interim dividend, the record date for payment of Dividend would be March 29, 2022, said company in a regulatory filing.
On Monday early morning trade, SAIL was trading at Rs101.10 per piece higher by 1.51% on Sensex as against previous closing of Rs99.60 per piece on Friday.
