As per regulatory filing, Samvardhana Motherson has increased its stake in joint venture firm, Youngshin Motherson Auto Tech by 30%.
The company has now have 80% ownership with additional shares bought for Rs 6.6 crore, in the JV with South Korea’s Youngshin Components. This makes the joint venture firm its subsidiary.
