Sangam India makes further Rs7.60 crore investment in Sangam Ventures; Stock skyrockets 8%

Sangam (India) Ltd has made further investment to the extent of Rs7.60 crore in Sangam Ventures Limited, a-wholly-owned subsidiary (WOS) Sangam Ventures Limited has allotted 76,00,000 Equity Shares on 10/- each on March 03, 2022.

As per the regulatory filing, Sangam Ventures limited, the Wholly Owned Subsidiary, was incorporated on December 03, 2021. It shall setup a world class plant for seamless garments.

Further, the product range will comprise of garments in various blends such as polyamide, spandex, polypropylene and natural fibres. The new plant of the WOS is under process of implementation.

At around 10:08 AM, Sangam (India) was trading at Rs279.05 apeice up by Rs20.6 or 7.97% on the BSE.
