Sanghvi Brands enters into management and operating agreement for two projects; stock hits upper circuit

The Board of Directors of Sanghvi Brands Limited at their meeting held on Thursday March 04, 2022 has reviewed the business operations of the Company and discussed future strategies to deliver responsible growth in a filing.

Accordingly, the company has entered into management and operating agreements with Goldfinch Resorts Private Limited – Goa which started its operation in February 2022 and 25 South Realty Limited – Mumbai wherein the operation is expected to start in FY 2022-2023, the company said.

At around 9:17 AM, Sanghvi Brands was trading at Rs16.20 per share higher by 4.92% (5% upper circuit) on Sensex.
