Saurav Singhania appointed as Joint CFO of Titagarh Wagons

Titagarh Wagons Limited informed that the Board of Directors of the company has appointed Saurav Singhania as Joint Chief Financial Officer effective from November 28, 2022, and designated him as Group Financial Controller.

Saurav Singhania, 38, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has over 15 years of experience in various fields such as strategy, auditing, accounting, planning, finance, corporate & fund raising, and so on.

He has been associated with the company for the past eight years as Group Finance Controller. Singhania is not related to any of the directors of the company.

Further, the company assigned the additional role of Chief Business and Risk Officer to Anil Kumar Agarwal, Director (Finance) & CFO with effect from November 28, 2022.

At around 12.56 PM, Titagarh Wagons was trading at Rs185.85 down by 0.27% from its previous closing of Rs186.35 on the BSE. The scrip touched intraday high and low of Rs195.65 and Rs180.10 respectively.
