Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd stock tanks over 7% so far today in broader bearish markets trading weak global cues.
Further the company has announced that the Board will consider raising of funds by way of issue of redeemable non-convertible debt securities including bonds in onshore/offshore market on private placement basis and/or public issue subject to market conditions and in this regard, said company.
At around 2:11 PM, Shriram Transport Finance Company was trading at Rs1,092.45 apiece down by Rs83.85 or 7.13% on Sensex. The scrip tumbled to an intraday low at Rs1080.45 per piece today.
