Sona BLW Precision Forgings announced that the Honble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench (NCLT) has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Comstar Automotive Technologies (Transferor Company) with Sona BLW Precision Forgings (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders (the Scheme) vide its Judgement and Order (Order) dated 7 January 2022, which is subject to filing of the schedule of properties as mentioned in para 17 of the attached Order, a copy of the said Order was published on 10 January 2022, on the website of the Honble NCLT.
