The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited at their meeting held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 has approved the issuance of Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having a face value of Rs10 lakh each, aggregating upto Rs35 crore on private placement basis.
On Friday early morning trade, Spandana Sphoorty Financial was trading at Rs353.70 per share higher by 0.68% on the BSE.
Previously, the scrip ended at Rs351.30 per piece on Sensex.
