SSWL stock jumps 5% after registering 79% yoy sales in CV segment during Feb 2022

Steel Strips Wheels Ltd SSWL has achieved Net turnover of Rs317.72 crore in February 2022 vs Rs214.45 crore in February 2021, recording a growth of 48,16% yoy and achieved Gross turnover of Rs390.97 crore in February 2022 vs Rs260.77 crore in February 2021, there by recording a growth of 49.93% yoy.

Segment wise breakup of  growth:

• Alloy Wheels reported 87% yoy growth in February2022.
• Truck sales achieved 79% yoy while Exports logged 35% yoy growth.
• Passenger Car and 2&3 wheelers registered 27% yoy and 11% yoy growth in February 2022.

At around 11:26 AM, Steel Strips Wheels was trading at Rs760.25 apiece up by Rs36.2 or 5% against its previous closing of Rs724.05 apiece on the BSE.
