State Bank of India partners with MS Dhoni as official brand ambassador

The State Bank of India, the country’s largest commercial bank, announced on Sunday its association with cricketing star Mahendra Singh Dhoni as the bank’s official Brand Ambassador.

His ability to remain calm in stressful situations, as well as his talent for clear thinking and swift decision-making under duress, make him a great fit that relates with SBI, to interact with its customers and stakeholders across the country. This affiliation represents the bank’s dedication to building closer ties with its clients, exemplified by the characteristics of dependability and leadership, SBI stated.

Dinesh Khara, Chairman of SBI, stated that Dhoni’s involvement with SBI as a pleased client makes him a great personification of our brand’s ethos.

At around 9.42 AM, SBI was trading 0.58% lower at Rs 557.90, against the previous close of Rs 561.15 on NSE. The counter touched an intraday low of Rs 557.60.
