According to the regulatory filing, the plant of the company situated at Karanj (Surat) will be remained shutdown for an estimated period of 15 days with effect fromJuly 08-22, 2022 due to major technical fault occurred in the plant yesterday evening, the company said.
At around 1:07 PM, Sumeet Industries was trading at Rs6.37 per share down by Rs0.26 or 3.92% from its previous closing of Rs6.63 per share on the BSE.
