Sunrise Efficient Marketing Limited and Dhyaani Tile and Marblez Limited became the 368th and 369th company, respectively to get listed on the BSE SME Platform on April 12, 2022.

Sunrise Efficient Marketing Limited came out with an initial public offering of 13,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash at a Price of Rs. 121 Per Equity Share (The “Offer Price”), Aggregating to Rs. 16.70 Crore. The company has successfully completed its public issue on April 05, 2022.

Dhyaani Tile and Marblez Limited came out with an initial public offering of 4,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 Each (“Equity Shares”) For Cash at a Price of Rs. 51 Per Equity Share (The “Offer Price”), Aggregating to Rs. 2.45 Crore. The company has successfully completed its public issue on April 04, 2022.

Sunrise Efficient Marketing Limited is Gujarat based company whose registered office is at Surat. The company engaged in the business of trading, distributing, and wholesaling different types of industrial products such as electrical items, electronic items, spare parts, etc. The company distributes Automotive Parts, Gear Boxes, Motors, Pumps, Oils, and FMCG Products. The company follows B2B and B2C business models and is currently an authorized dealer of 138 manufacturers. The company retails, imports, exports, sells, fabricates, and assembles a wide range of products such as pipes, pipe fittings, sanitation parts, mechanical and engineering items, all types of machined and un-machined castings, industrial valves, and its spares, Oils, lubricants, all types of motors, pumps, generator sets, batteries and all types of electrical, mechanical, electromechanical & electronic items, and spare parts, accessories used for industrial, domestic and agricultural purposes.

Dhyaani Tile and Marblez Limited is Gujarat based company whose registered office is at Ahmedabad. The company engaged in the business of trading and producing tiles for floors, bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and stairwells. The company offers two categories of products: Double Charge Vitrified Tiles and Glazed Vitrified Tiles. The company warehouse and the physical store are located in Ahmedabad. Dhyaani Tile and Marblez produces rustic, polished glazed, polished, and textured tiles.

The company identifies its customer’s needs and allows them to choose the perfect design from its wide range of tiles samples. The company has well-known brand suppliers located all over India.

Ahmedabad based GYR Capital Advisors Private Limited, was the lead manager to Dhyaani Tile and Marblez Limited.

The 367 companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs.3,897.86 crore from the market and total market capitalization of 367 companies as on April 11, 2022 is Rs. 51,745.31 Crore. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 60 percent.

SEBI came out with detailed guidelines on 18th May 2010 for launching of SME Exchange/Platform. BSE became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI and launch its SME platform on 13th March 2012.
