The company has approved an interim dividend of Rs6 per share on equity shares of Rs2 each.
The company will pay dividend on 12,70,26,870 shares.
The company has fixed November 9, 2022, as the record date for such purposes for ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend.
The company reported a total income of Rs 2,092.12 crore in Q2FY23, as compared to Rs 1,992 crore in Q2FY22. It has reported a PAT of Rs 82.02 crore in Q2FY23, against Rs 228.71 crore in Q2FY22.
For the half year ended September 30, 2022, the company reported a total income of Rs4,343.14 crore against Rs3,315.19 crore in the previous period. It reported a PAT of Rs337.27 crore in H1FY23, against Rs461.47 crore in H1FY22.
At around 1.37 PM, Supreme Industries was trading at Rs2,096.50 per piece, up by 3% from its previous closing of Rs2,035.50 on the BSE. The scrip touched intraday high and low of Rs2,096.50 and Rs1,949.45 respectively.
