Renewable energy provider Suzlon Group secures a significant order for a 201.6 MW wind energy project from Teq Green Power XI, a subsidiary of O2 Power. Suzlon to supply wind turbines and oversee the project’s execution, including erection and commissioning, according to the company statement.
The company will also offer post-commissioning operation and maintenance services. Suzlon’s 3 MW series, tailored for India’s wind conditions, will be utilized for the project, with 3.15 MW turbines being among the largest in the country.

The project is expected to provide electricity to approximately 166,000 households and reduce CO2 emissions by around 655,000 tonnes annually.
