Swiggy closes its cloud kitchen business in Delhi and NCR

Swiggy has shut down its cloud kitchen brand, The Bowl Company, in Delhi and the cities that make up the national capital region (NCR) as the food-delivery company struggles with losses.

The Bowl Company’s expansion into the Delhi area was a test.

While concentrating on operational excellence for the brand, this experiment has yielded its fair share of lessons. In places where the brand is well-liked and expanding, such as Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad, the company will continue to invest in and expand The Bowl Company.

Additionally, Swiggy owns the trademarks Breakfast Express and Homely.
