On Tuesday, Tata Motors announced that its worldwide wholesale sales, which encompass Jaguar Land Rover as well, increased by 9% year over year to 3,38,177 vehicles during the December quarter.
According to a regulatory statement from the business, worldwide wholesale sales of Tata Motors’ commercial vehicles and Tata Daewoo range were 98,679 units during October to December of FY24, an increase of 1% over the third quarter of FY23.
The firm sold 1,38,455 passenger vehicles worldwide, up 5% from the previous year when all vehicles were included, including electrified vehicles.
With 1,01,043 units sold worldwide, Jaguar Land Rover’s wholesale sales increased by 27%.
Land Rover had 88,894 automobiles at wholesale during the quarter, compared to 12,149 vehicles for Jaguar.
