Tata Motors Global Sales Slip 1.73%, Passenger EV Sales Climb 7%

Tata Motors witnessed a 1.73% dip in global sales, recording 74,172 units in November 2023 compared to 75,478 units in the same period last year. Domestic sales totaled 72,647 units, a 1% decline from 73,467 units in November 2022.

 Passenger vehicle sales, including electric vehicles, were at 46,143 units, down 1% from 46,425 units a year ago. 

Domestic passenger vehicle sales marginally increased to 46,068 units. Sales of passenger EVs in the domestic market rose by 7%, reaching 4,761 units. 

Total commercial vehicle sales for November 2023 were 28,029 units, down 4% from 29,053 units in November 2022. Domestic CV sales decreased by 3%, totaling 26,579 units.
