Tata Power Renewable Energy (TPREL) collaborates with Nepalese firm Dugar Power to boost Nepal’s renewable energy efforts. This collaboration marks TPREL’s strategic entry into Nepal’s growing renewable energy sector, aiming to accelerate Nepal’s shift toward sustainable energy.

TPREL has signed an agreement with Dugar Power Private Ltd, a subsidiary of Dugar Group, a significant business entity in Nepal. The partnership aims to employ solar technologies to produce a range of energy solutions, promoting both on- and off-grid capabilities. The agreement is designed to address Nepal’s diverse energy needs, offering scalable solutions ranging from 1 KW to MW levels.

Ashish Khanna, CEO of TPREL, emphasized that this partnership is a strategic alliance intended to reshape Nepal’s energy landscape, aiming for a transformative impact in the renewable energy market.
