TCM incorporates TCM Properties as wholly-owned subsidiary; Stock gains near 1.5%

TCM Ltd has informed to the exchanges regarding incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary- TCM Properties Pvt Ltd.

As per the regulatory filing, the said wholly owned subsidiary company is Incorporated on August 18, 2022 in the name of TCM PROPERTIES PVT LTD and the initial subscribed share capital of the said company would be Rs1 lakh, the company said on Friday.

At around 2:45 PM, TCM Ltd was trading at Rs45.95 per share up by Rs0.65 or 1.43% from its previous closing of Rs45.30 per share on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs45.95 per share and has touched a high and low of Rs46.50 per share and Rs43.05 respectively so far today. The current market cap of the company is Rs33.87 crore.
