Tech Mahindra locks new deal with NEOM Tech

Tech Mahindra Limited has entered into a Collaboration Deed with NEOM Tech and Digital Company (‘TONOMUS’) through its material subsidiary Tech Mahindra (Americas) Inc., pursuant to which Tech Mahindra will incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary to provide technology and digital services that support the cognitive foundation of cities and communities.

The parties intend for the JVCo to provide TONOMUS, other NEOM group companies, and other customers with cognitive city development products and services, platform and product engineering services and solutions, network services, metaverse services and solutions, intellectual property development services, cognitive solutions and services.

The agreement’s goal is to bring together the concepts and major parameters of Tech Mahindra and TONOMUS’s collaboration.
