Technocraft Industries (India) surges over 2% on incorporation of subsidiary for its business

Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd has informed that the Company has incorporated a Subsidiary Company for its business.

As per the filing, the name of the subsidiary company is ‘Technocraft Sepcialty Yarns Limited’ and the date of incorporation is April 08, 2022.

Further, the initial paid-up share capital shall be Rs1.00 Lakh and 100% shareholding of the said Company owned by Technocraft Industries (India) Limited.

At around 3:08 PM, Technocraft Industries (India) was trading at Rs1,185.10 apiece up by Rs27.55 or 2.38% from its previous closing of Rs1,157.55 apiece on the BSE.
