Here are some of the stocks that may see significant price movement today.

Tata Motors: The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has authorised the proposed merger of Tata Motors Finance Ltd (TMFL) and Tata Capital Ltd (TCL). The merger, announced in June, will see TCL absorb TMFL via a scheme of arrangement filed with the National Company Law Tribunal, with TCL emerging as the surviving firm.

Reliance Industries: Reliance Retail Venture has formed a cooperation with Delta Galil Industries in India. This 50:50 joint venture aspires to alter the apparel scene in India. The alliance hopes to create an apparel innovation platform focused on serving the unique needs of Indian consumers.

IREDA: The International Financial Services Centre Authority (IFSCA) has granted provisional registration as a finance business to IREDA Global Green Energy Finance IFSC Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the state-owned company.

Axis Bank, HDFC Bank: The Reserve Bank of India said that it has imposed monetary fines on two large banks, Axis Bank Ltd and HDFC Bank Ltd, for failing to comply with several regulatory requirements. On September 3, 2024, Axis Bank was fined ₹1.91 Crore, while HDFC Bank was penalised ₹1 Crore.

Jubilant Pharmova: The drug company stated that its subsidiary has received correspondence from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regarding its contract manufacturing plant in Spokane, Washington. Following an audit conducted from May 28 to June 6, 2024, the US FDA designated the facility’s inspection status as “voluntary action indicated” (VAI).

Wardwizard Healthcare: The business called a board meeting for September 16, 2024. According to the healthcare firm’s exchange filing, the meeting will be focused on reviewing a request for raising capital through equity shares, convertible securities, or other eligible instruments.

Ramco Systems: Enterprise Software business announced the release of version 6.0 of its Aviation Software, which aims to revolutionise maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations as well as maintenance and engineering (M&E) procedures with cutting-edge technology and AI-driven capabilities.

PC Jeweller: The jewellery store reported receiving a refund of ₹67.54 Crore from the Income Tax Department.

Lemon Tree Hotels: The hospitality group announced the signing of a licence agreement for a new hotel, the Lemon Tree Hotel, on Mira Road in Mumbai. Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd, will manage the hotel, which is slated to open in FY 2026. A licence deal for a 108-room hotel on Mira Road has been signed.

Dr Reddy’s: The corporation clarified its relationship with Agora Advisory, stating that Dhaval Buch was hired from October 2020 to April 2021 for a total of ₹6.58 lakh. The assignment began and concluded well before Madhabi Puri Buch’s tenure as SEBI Chairperson began.
