One 97 Communications: The Paytm operator has announced a collaboration with global travel technology giant Amadeus to use artificial intelligence to reinvent the travel experience. Over the next three years, the firm will integrate Amadeus’ extensive travel infrastructure, improving passenger experiences from search to booking and payment.
Vedanta: Malco Energy, the company’s 100% owned subsidiary, has formed a new wholly owned subsidiary, Vedanta Copper International VCI Company. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the new subsidiary will establish a copper rod production operation.
Bajaj Finance: The Reserve Bank of India has asked the non-banking financial firm to immediately cease granting and disbursing loans under its two lending products, eCOM and Insta EMI Card due to no adherence to regulations.
Suzlon Energy: The MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy) has included India’s leading renewable energy solutions provider’s S144, 3 MW, and 3.15 MW wind turbine series on the RLMM (Revised List of Models and Manufacturers).
VST Tillers Tractors: At the Agritechnica 2023 in Hanover, Germany, the farm equipment maker showcased three new tractors, including an electric tractor created in-house. At AGRITECHNICA, three items are on display: the 929 EV, the 932 DI with Stage V engine, and the 929 with HST gearbox.
Satin Creditcare Network: The board of directors of the microfinance firm will meet on November 20 to discuss obtaining funds through the issue of non-convertible debentures in a private placement.
Tata Consultancy Services: The business has set November 25 as the record date for deciding whether shareholders are eligible to participate in the planned share purchase programme. In October, India’s largest software exporter launched a Rs 17,000-crore share buyback exercise via a tender offer route at Rs 4,150 per share.
RateGain Travel: On Wednesday, RateGain Travel Technologies launched the book for the offering of shares to eligible institutional buyers, with a floor price of Rs 676.66 per share. The floor price was roughly 5% lower than the current market price.
Bank of Baroda: The capital raising committee of the Bank of Baroda will meet on November 18 to consider and authorize the issuance of debt instruments to raise tier-I and tier-II capital for infrastructure and affordable housing. According to media sources, the public sector lender plans to raise almost Rs 10,000 crore through infrastructure bonds.
Dabur India: Dabur International and Dermoviva Skin Essentials, two of Dabur India’s foreign subsidiaries, have been removed as defendants in multiple lawsuits filed in a US court over allegations that their hair-relaxer products caused ovarian cancer, uterine cancer, and other related health issues.
