Tata Motors: 

The Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation and the completely owned subsidiary of the domestic automaker, ML Smart City Mobility Solutions, have signed a definitive agreement for the 12-year supply, operation, and maintenance of 921 electric buses in Bengaluru.

Tech Mahindra: 

The IT giant would receive around Rs58 crore from its step-down subsidiary Comviva Netherlands for its whole investment in Dynacommerce Holdings BV, which is situated in the Netherlands.

Sun Pharma: 

The US health authorities have sent a warning letter to the drug giant for its Halol factory, which is already the subject of an import notice.

Dr Reddy’s Research and Development BV (DRRDBV), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the pharmaceutical company, has agreed to sell some of the assets and liabilities of its Netherlands-based location.

PNB Housing Finance: 

To expand its clientele in the cheap housing market, the home financing player has launched ‘Roshni’ branches in several places, including tier II and III cities.
