Top Stocks for today - 5th December 2024

Here are some of the stocks that may see significant price movement today.

Bharat Forge: The company has launched its QIP at a floor price of ₹1,323.54 per share.

Indus Towers: The British telecom company Vodaphone Plc has sell shares of Indus Towers worth ₹2802 crore in a block deal. The move came as the company wants to clear its debt of $101 million (approximately ₹856 crore). The remaining funds will be used to settle outstanding dues for its Indian venture, Vodafone Idea.

Indraprastha Gas: The company has scheduled a Board Meeting on December 10, 2024, to discuss the proposal for issuing Bonus Shares to equity shareholders.

Torrent Pharma: The company has entered into an agreement to acquire three brands—Cospiaq (empagliflozin), Cospiaq Met (empagliflozin + metformin), and Xilingio (empagliflozin + linagliptin)—from Boehringer Ingelheim International GmbH (BI). The acquisition will be completed by March 2025.

Blue Dart: The company has launched Blue Dart Affiliate Program (BDAP) for its technology partners and ecosystem enablers. The program aims to strengthen partnerships with leading tech enablers, enabling smooth integration of Blue Dart’s advanced logistics solutions.

L&T: The company in an announcement shared that it has successfully acquired 15% stake in E2E Networks Ltd through a preferential allotment. At the same time, it has also purchase an additional 6% stake from E2E Networks’ promoters.

ICICI Bank: In a statement filed with stock exchanges, the bank has said that it is cooperating with GST officials from the Maharashtra State Government, who conducted searches at three of its offices on December 4. It also mentioned that the proceedings are still going on.

Suraj Estate: The company has firther enhanced its portfolio by purchasing a land parcel at Senapati Bapat Marg, Mahim (W), Mumbai. The 15,758 square feet vacant land was urchased for ₹101 crore through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Iconic Property Developers Private Limited.

Mazagon Dock: The company in its clarification on acquiring three more Scorpene-class submarines under Project 75 stated that, commercial negotiations are in progress. However, it has not received any final confirmation yet on the project.
