Tushar Mistry resigns as Chief Financial Officer at Sequent Scientific; Stock sheds 2.5%

Sequent Scientific Ltd has informed that Tushar Mistry has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company on April 14, 2022, to pursue other professional opportunities.

He will continue in his current role till the close of business hours on May 31, 2022, said company.

Further, the Board will announce his successor in due course, as per the filing.

At around 11:19 AM, Sequent Scientific was trading at Rs140.50 apiece down by Rs3.55 or 2.46% from its previous closing of Rs144.05 apiece on the BSE.
