TVS Electronics announces interim dividend of Rs2 per share; stock trades marginally lower

In its exchange filing today, TVS Electronics Ltd. informed the exchange and investors that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., 5th March 2022 has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs2 per equity share of Rs10 each for the current financial year.

The record date for this purpose will be March 16, 2022.

The company will make the payment of interim dividend on March 23, 2022, to those shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members and/or Depositories as of March 16, 2022.

TVS Electronics was trading marginally lower in today’s trade at Rs206.10 against its previous closing price of Rs206.50. So far in the day, it touched the intraday high and low of Rs211.75 and Rs200.25 respectively.
