Vakrangee Ltd has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration and Compensation Committee (NRC Committee) on January 11, 2022 has approved and granted 11,15,300 number of options to eligible employees of the Company at a price of Rs. 42.70/- per option under its Vakrangee Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 (ESOP Scheme 2014)
“The aforesaid grant of options and the pricing formula is in accordance with ESOP Scheme 2014 of the Company,” said Vakrangee in a regulatory filing on Wednesday.
At around 11:39 AM, Vakrangee was trading at Rs41.45 apiece down by Rs0.35 or 0.84% from its previous closing of Rs41.80 apiece on the BSE.
