As per the regulatory filing, the Company has allotted on Wednesday 10,80,000 Equity Shares under Virinchi Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018 to the eligible employees of the Company pursuant to the exercise of options granted.
Consequently, the issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs82,94,04,680 divided into 8,29,40,468 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each, the company said on Wednesday.
On Thursday early morning trade, Virinchi was trading at Rs34.50 per share down by Rs0.05 or 0.14% from its previous closing of Rs34.55 per share on the BSE.
