Virinchi Healthcare Private Limited, a 100% subsidiary of the company has signed a lease agreement with Wellcome Hospitals Private Limited, Visakhapatnam to take a purpose-built hospital of 81,000 sqft in a 1.5 acre land parcel, in the heart of Vishakapatnam City, for a period of 20 years, extendible by another 10 years.
“This milestone will make Virinchi Hospitals as a chain of multicity hospitals and once operational, it will become a 1000 bed hospital chain”, the company said.
At around 9:18 AM, Virinchi was trading at Rs42.50 per share lower by 2.41% as against previous closing of Rs43.55 per share on the BSE.
