A 50% share in Vishko22, a software firm based in Gurgaon, has been acquired by Infibeam Avenues. The business, which was cofounded by Neha Sharma and Shweta Gaur last year, creates omnichannel enterprise software solutions and services for both domestic and foreign online markets.
A strategic investment has been made in order to meet the increasing need for omnichannel software with the current array of e-commerce services. Additionally, during the course of the next year, the organization will continue to make additional investments in tech startups.
A financial technology business called Infibeam Avenues purchased Bengaluru-based fintech startup Uvik Technologies in March for Rs75 crore in cash and equity.
