Zen Technologies informed in its filing with the bourses that the company has received an order from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India.
The company said that the order is related to the supply of training equipment to the Ministry of Defence. Therefore, the details of said order are confidential.
As per the company’s filing, it has to supply training equipment worth Rs 171 crore within a period of 12 months along with a warranty of 4 years.
Further, the post-warranty, four-year Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) is worth Rs 31 crore for the company.
So, the order received is for a total consideration of Rs 202 crore.

Following this development, Zen Technologies was trading 0.66% higher at Rs 427.80, against the previous close of Rs 425 on NSE. The counter touched an intraday high and low of Rs 435 and Rs 426.05 respectively, so far.
