Zomato’s CEO, Deepinder Goyal, stated on Twitter that the company has opened a hotline that customers can contact to report incidents of reckless driving by the company’s delivery partners.
Delivery bags with the new hotline number written on them will be shortly distributed by the company.
“We have begun distributing delivery bags that include a hotline phone number to report reckless driving by our delivery partners, as previously promised. Please keep in mind that we don’t reward our delivery partners for on-time deliveries and don’t punish them for ones that are late,” Goyal wrote in a tweet.
