IRB Infra Developers update on Pune Nashik BOT project; stock ends higher

This Project SPV has contributed less than 1% of the Consolidated total income of the Company as on 30 September 2021, the company said.

IRB Infrastructure Developers said in the filing on October 9 that ATR Infrastructure – a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has successfully completed the concession period of the Pune Nashik BOT Project on 8 October 2021 and handed over the Project to the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MORTH).

This Project SPV has contributed less than 1% of the Consolidated total income of the Company as on 30 September 2021, the company said.

The stock ended at Rs211.25 up by Rs1.4 or 0.67% from its previous closing of Rs209.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs212 and touched a high and low of Rs217.30 and Rs210 respectively.
