As per the regulatory filing, the company’s average capacity utilisation improved from 91% of 3Q’21 to 93% for 4Q FY’21.
However, the capacity utilisation during March 2021 was 96%.
For full fiscal FY21, JSW Steel's crude steel production stood at 15.08 million tons compared to 16.06 million tons of FY20.
At around 2.32 pm, JSW Steel was trading at Rs612.40 per piece up by Rs50.10 or 8.91% on Sensex.
The stock has touched a new 52-week high of Rs638.90 per piece on the same index.
