The Meeting of the Board of Directors of Cords Cable Industries Ltd will be announced today. The company will consider to increase in authorised share capital.
It has also approved to raise fund by way of further issue of share capital and other agenda items.

Cords Cable Industries Ltd ended at Rs. 57, up by Rs. 0.6 or 1.06% from its previous closing of Rs. 56.4 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 56.4 and touched a high and low of Rs. 59.4 and Rs. 56.4 respectively. A total of 257046(NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 65.15 crore.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 touched a 52 week high of Rs. 59.4 on 31-Dec-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 19.5 on 20-Mar-2015. Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 59.4 and Rs. 44.4 respectively.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 58.16 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.11 % and 41.73 % respectively.

The stock traded below its 50 DMA.
