on Thursday announced the proposed merger of two wholly-owned subsidiaries, ICRA Online Limited, engaged in outsourcing and information services, and ICRA Management Consulting Services Limited, which is involved in consulting services, subject to requisite approvals.
The company on May 24, 2019, informed that the National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, had sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation filed by ICRA Management Consulting Services Limited (Transferor Company). In this regard, the company updated that the scheme of amalgamation filed by ICRA Online Limited (Transferee Company) with the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata has been sanctioned.
ICRA Ltd is currently trading at Rs2,581 down by Rs19.2 or 0.74% from its previous closing of Rs2,600.20 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs2,575.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs2,609.05 and Rs2,575.60 respectively. So far 665 (NSE+BSE) shares were traded on the counter. The current market cap of the company is Rs2,509.51cr.
