JSW Energy subsidiary receives LoA for 450 MW of Wind capacity from Solar Energy Corporation

SECI invited a competitive bid for setting up of 1200 MW ISTS-connected Wind Power Projects (Tranche - X).

JSW Energy Limited informed the exchanges Friday that JSW Future Energy Limited (earlier known as JSW Solar Limited), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company has received Letters of Award (LoA) for 450 MW of Wind capacity from Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) Limited.

“The LoA is for a total Wind capacity of 450 MW from SECI against Tariff based Competitive Bid invited by SECI for setting up of 1200 MW ISTS-connected Wind Power Projects (Tranche - X),” company said.

JSW Energy Ltd ended at Rs84.70 per piece up by Rs0.55 or 0.65% from its previous closing of Rs84.15 per piece on the BSE.
