Karda Construction appoints Devesh Karda as Additional Director; Stock gains 5%

Karda Constructions Ltd has informed to the exchanges that it has appointed Devesh Karda as an Additional Director (Executive) of the Company to hold office upto the date of the ensuing general meeting.

Further, it is hereby also informed that Disha Karda has tendered her resignation as Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect (i.e. with effect from October 11, 2021) due to her personal commitments and other pre-occupations.

Devesh Karda has a demonstrated history of entrepreneurial ventures and experience in the Real Estate sector. He completed his diploma in Civil Engineering from Sandip Foundation Nashik.

Prior to his appointment as a director he has been working with KBC Global Limited. At Goda Sanman Puraskar,2020 he received accolade as the Youth Entrepreneur in Real Estate sector.

Devesh Karda is adept with the intricacies of accomplishing sales, understanding of market and consumers, contemporary strategy and business promotion. He possesses leadership experience in handling managerial and strategic planning with a vision of the future.

Devesh Karda is a son of Chairman and Managing Director Naresh Karda.

At around 10:19 AM, Karda Constructions was trading at Rs20.60 per piece up by Rs0.95 or 4.83% on the  BSE.
