Mastek appoints Arun Agarwal as Global Chief Financial Officer

Mastek Limited has informed that the Board of Directors on 31st May, 2021 has approved the appointment of Arun Agarwal, who is currently holding the position of Vice President - Finance in the Company, as “Global CFO” and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.

Arun Agarwal joined the Company in the year 2016 and has over 19 years of extensive experience and expertise in the field of Finance encompassing Finance Planning & Analysis, Strategic Pricing, Treasury, Mergers & Acquisition, Global Taxation and Financial Reporting.

He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has immensely contributed to the growth of Mastek as an integral member of Finance function over last 5 years.
