Radha Madhav trades higher

The stock so far has jumped over 6 per cent.

Radha Madhav started the day with a surge of 3.2 per cent at Rs. 40.25 after the board of directors said that it will consider issue of shares to promoters.

Yesterday, after market, the company informed the BSE that its board will meet on 15 December for considering the further issue of equity shares and warrants on preferential basis to the promoters and non-promoters of the company.

The stock so far has jumped 6.1 per cent to touch a high at Rs. 41.40. Now, the stock is up 4.9 per cent at Rs. 40.90.

On the BSE counter, so far, 80,000 shares are traded, against its two-week daily average volume of 94,000 shares.

Meanwhile, the Sensex is down 40 points at 28,404.
