  1. Interglobe Aviation:

According to media reports, Indigo has started direct flights between Mumbai and Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, marking the airline’s 100th route added to its network.

  1. HCL Infosystems:

The rating company India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has maintained HCL Infosystems Limited’s long-term Issuer rating of “BBB-/stable.”

  1. Tata Steel:

The amalgamation of Tata Steel Long Products, Tata Metaliks, The Tinplate Firm of India, TRF, Indian Steel & Wire Products, Tata Steel Mining, and S&T Mining into and with its parent company Tata Steel has been accepted by the board of Tata Steel.

A 60% share in Skin III Limited has been purchased by Medcare Hospital LLC, a step-down material subsidiary of Aster DM Healthcare Limited.

  1. Aurobindo Pharma:

The company has finished an 8.87 MWp solar power project in Budhni, Madhya Pradesh, of which the commissioning of 5.48 MWp Solar Power Plant (Phase I) for captive use has already been successful, and the remaining 3.39MWp Solar Power Plant (Phase II) is anticipated to be commissioned within the next 15 days.
