-Markets to open flat; SGX Nifty is at 11,717 levels, down 21 points 

-Nifty finds support around 11670, while 11830 will act as resistance. Bank Nifty finds support around 29700, while 30100 will act as resistance.

-FII/DII Data:  In yesterday’s trading session FIIs bought 975 crores worth of stock in cash whereas DIIs sold 657 crores worth of stock. In the derivative market, FIIs bought 441 crores of Index futures and sold 125 crores worth of Index options.

-Asian stocks mixed, US stocks down amid profit booking. Asian markets opened flat as the mild correction in US stocks saw sideways trade with the Japanese Nikkei trading with marginal gains.

-Rupee drops 24 paise at 69.86/$.

-IPCA Lab to acquire Ramdev Chemical for Rs108.5cr.

-RBI sells entire stake in NHB, Nabard to govt for Rs1,470cr.

-Sebi bars Hotel Leela Venture from selling properties to Brookfield Asset Management.

-RBI asks banks to disclose IL&FS provisions in Q4 accounts.

-Macquarie hikes TP to Rs460 on Hexaware.

-UBS hikes TP to Rs685 on Havells India.

-HSBC cut TP to Rs810 on ICICI Lombard.

-Results review: UltraTech Cement (PAT up 127.4% yoy at Rs1,014.5), Indiabulls Housing Finance (PAT down 6.9% yoy at Rs1,006cr), Bharti Infratel (PAT down 6.3% qoq at Rs608cr).

-Results today: Maruti Suzuki India, Axis Bank, Tata Steel, Biocon, SBI Life Insurance.
