Pursuant to SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we submit herewith copies of newspaper advertisements published for the shareholders of the company in the Financial Express (English) and Eesanje (Kannada), informing, inter alia that: i) The 29th AGM of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 29th day of September, 2023 at 2:30 Pm IST through VC /OAVM without the physical presence of Members at a common venue. ii) The Notice of the 29th AGM and Annual Report for FY 2022-23 will be sent to all members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depository Participants and requesting the Members to update their email addresses. iii) The Register of Members and share transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday 23.09.2023 to Friday 29.09.2023 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM v) The company has arranged remote E-voting/ E-voting facility for said AGM Change in management Voting Results and Scrutinizers Report (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 03.10.2023)
