The Board considered and approved the Notice of the 29th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 30th September, 2023 along with the items placed for shareholders approval with explanatory statements and Directors Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Saturday, 30th September, 2023 at 1.00 PM through Video Conferencing (VC) Other AudioVisual Means (OAVM). The Company as required under Regulation 44 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, is providing electronic voting (e-voting) facility to the members through electronic voting platform of NSDL. Members holding share either in physical or demat mode as on the cut-off date, i.e. 22nd September, 2023 may cast their votes electronically on the businesses set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting. The e-voting shall commence from 27th September, 2023 at 9.00 A.M and ends on 29th September, 2023 at 5:00 P.M.
