Attached please find the outcome of the Board Meeting held today i.e May 6,2023. The 73rd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, August 14, 2023 This is to inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, August 5, 2023 to Monday, August 14, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM and for the payment of dividend, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing AGM of the Company. The 73rd Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday, August 14, 2023. The 73rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Monday, August 14, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. IST through Video Conference (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Please find enclosed the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2022-23, which is being sent to the Members, who have registered their email addresses with the Company/Depositories, through electronic mode. The Annual Report is also available on the Companys website, https://www.grindwellnorton.co.in/investor-information.
