(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29.06.2023) Submission of Notice of the 37th Annual General Meeting and Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 04.07.2023) Proceedings and voting Results along with Scrutinizer Report of the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 27th July, 2023.
