The Board of Directors of the Investment Manager of IRB InvIT Fund (the Trust) at its meeting held on Wednesday, June 28, 2023 has approved the Notice convening 6th (Sixth) Annual General Meeting of the Trust scheduled to be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 through Video Conferencing (VC)/ OAVM. The 6th Annual General Meeting of IRB InvIT Fund is scheduled to be convened on July 26, 2023 through Video Conferencing. Pursuant to Regulation 23 of SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, please find enclosed Annual Report for the period ended March 31, 2023 along with the Notice of 6th Annual General Meeting. IRB InvIT Fund has informed BSE about Notice of Shareholders Meeting for Annual General Meeting. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 30.06.2023) Proceedings of the Annual General meeting of the Unitholders of the IRB InvIT Fund. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 26/07/2023)
